Beatrice Ngethe

Beatrice Ngethe is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Certified Public Secretary of Kenya. Beatrice specializes in company secretarial, legal and governance consultancies. Beatrice has vast experience in the legal field for over 8 years where she specialized in offering legal counsel to various clients in the Private & Public Sectors in Energy, Mining, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Retail, Banking, Not for Profit sectors. Beatrice serves in various boards and she is currently a member of The African Renaissance Trust which is a charitable organization that promotes access to health by fostering a multi-sectoral transformative approach towards achievement of Universal Health in partnership with Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.  She also serves as a board member of Reel Analytics Limited Beatrice is a Certified Secretary (CS) and a member of the Institute of Certified Secretaries (ICS) and a member of the Law Society of Kenya. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL. B) from the University of Nairobi and post graduate diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law as well as Certified Public Accountant Section IV.
