Bernadette has a strong track record of experience in Human Resource
Management & Consulting, Performance Management, Balance
Scorecard, Executive and Professional Coaching, Mentorship & Branding, Leadership, Change
Management, Strategic Planning & Management, Change Management, Customer Experience, Customer
Relationship Management Systems, Marketing Strategies, Corporate Experiential Learning &
Development, Medical Insurance, Micro Insurance and MHealth.
She has 10+ years of experience as a Learning & Development Specialist, Trainer, Course Developer with
both local and international training organizations which include: Global Focus Training Group (GFTG),
AMC International (South Africa), Empower Africa Group and The College of Insurance (Kenya & East
Africa).
Her vast working experience spans over 24 years in International Organizations and Corporates across
diverse industries in various capacities in the International, Donor Funded Organizations & the
Corporate Sector. Previously, she has worked in both International and Local Organizations which
include AMREF Kenya (UK), AAR Health Services, ICEA LION Insurance, Flying Doctors Society of Africa
(FDSA), Medicins Sans Frontiers (MSF- Holland), the International Federation of Red Cross and Red
Crescent Societies (IFRC)/German Red Cross, PACIS Insurance and College of Insurance.
She is the Founder and Career Coach at E- Hub Africa, a Program which provides Professional Career
Development Coaching, Mentorship, Executive and Professional Branding and Job Search Assistance
Services (JAS) locally and internationally for professionals across the Board.
In 2022, she was recognized among the Top 100 African Women in Career Coaching & Mentorship by
AWISCA. In 2024, E-Hub Africa has been recognized Best Bespoke Career Coaching Firm 2024 – Kenya
for the Management Consulting Awards 2024 by Wealth & Finance International.
Bernardette holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business Administration in Finance and
Management from the United States International University (USIU-A) and currently pursuing her
Master’s in Business Administration at the Nicossia University, in Cyprus.
She also holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Certificate in Learning & Development
Strategy Execution, Performance Management and KPI Formulation, Measuring Return on Investment
on Learning, International and Strategic Human Resource Management, Balance Scorecard, Data
Analytics – Mining and Analysis of Big Data.
Bernardette’s strength comes through her unique ability to use her professional and business experiences
to understand the knowledge, skills and gaps of her audience and their need to increase their
performance and productivity. She then designs and delivers her programs in a way that excites and
motivates participants to use new skills, change their behaviors and motivate them to action and
subsequently improving the effectiveness of organizations and the individuals and teams within them.
She possesses the ability to develop and implement innovative programs and objectives, that focus on
training, motivating and empowering employees so that they are engaged and focused on realizing their
