In our experience, the Biggest Issue that we have in our real estate industry in Kenya today is two-fold:-Integrity (LACK OF IT) and Information (MISINFORMATION). As WKA we have sealed that gap by continuously educating our clients on the law and the developments. For instance, when you are purchasing an apartment , as from December 2021, you will now get a Sectional Title Deed rather than a Long Term Lease. The advantage is that owning an apartment is now akin to owning a piece of land-you both get a TITLE DEED which you can use as collateral for a loan. This is the effect of the Sectional Properties Act No. 21 of 2020.

we have been involved in high net worth real estate developments in Kenya such as Tatu City and developments such as Purple Haze, Siaya Park, Diamond Homes.
